Darren Sayers, Director
Darren heads up the team at Bluehive with a background in Finance, IT, retail marketing and hospitality. Qualified with a Bachelor of Business in Marketing, Darren first experienced the finance industry while in an IT consulting role. Arranging funding for clients was a natural progression and with his skills in understanding client requirements and managing implementation of projects Bluehive has now evolved as a significant provider of carefully delivered finance solutions.
Along with many lender accreditations Darren holds Accredited Mortgage Consultant status with MFAA.
Jonathan Gan, General Manager
Jonathan brings significant experience and skills to Bluehive. With an extensive background in finance, accounting, property, retail trade and the motor industry, Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Business in Accounting and a REIV Agent's Representative certificate.
As General Manager, Jonathan manages the relationships with our panel lenders to ensure that Bluehive is at the forefront of changes as they occur.
Karen Owen, Loan Adminstrator
Karen joined Bluehive in July 2008 as a Loan Administrator and assistant to the Director and General Manager.
Karen started her career as a Mortgage Clerk in April 2000 working for Melbourne legal practice Howie & Maher. In 2001, Karen took up a position at Gadens National Mortgage Services gaining extensive experience in general areas of property law. After 6 years with Gadens, Karen moved to Galilee Solicitors as a paralegal officer looking after all matters relating to mortgage files.
Karen brings significant legal property knowledge to Bluehive and further enhances our services in the area of settlements and effective time management of our client’s files.
Jo Gan, Office Adminstrator
Jo joined Bluehive in February 2006 as Administration Manager and is responsible for all aspects of administration including Bluehive’s customer relationship program. With almost 20 years of experience in administration, Jo brings significant value to Bluehive’s day to day operational and administrative requirements.
